• Proprietary Brands & Trademarks: The names and logos LetzBookit, LetzBookit.com, Travel Pro, Voyages Flammang, and SLG (Sales-Lentz Group) are registered trademarks and trade names of Travel Pro S.A. or its affiliated group entities in Luxembourg and Benelux. Any reproduction, extraction, scraping, framing, or commercial exploitation of this website or its fare databases without prior written authorization from Travel Pro S.A. is strictly prohibited.
• Airline, Hotel & Partner Trademarks: Airline logos, IATA two-letter carrier codes, aircraft imagery, and partner emblems (including Société Air France S.A., Luxair, Lufthansa, Amadeus, and Made in Luxembourg) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are displayed strictly for the purpose of identifying official travel services offered through our IATA agency desk.

• Contractual Governance of Bookings: All searches, reservations, and purchases of standalone transport tickets, hotel accommodations, visa services, or package travel made via LetzBookit.com or through our Luxembourg agency desk are governed by our General and Specific Terms and Conditions of Sale, which clearly distinguish between Travel Pro S.A.’s role as a Ticketing Intermediary / Authorized Agent (for standalone flight or hotel services) and its role as an Organizer or Retailer of Package Travel within the meaning of Article L. 225-1 et seq. of the Luxembourg Consumer Code.
• Air Fare Transparency (Art. 23 Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008): In accordance with Article 23 of Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community, promotional prices shown on the homepage represent indicative starting fares based on recent GDS availability and explicitly include applicable taxes, airport charges, and carrier surcharges known at the time of publication, subject to real-time seat availability in the corresponding booking class on tickets.letzbookit.com.
