  • Pregnant Travelers, Infants & Minors (Art. 11.4 & 11.5): Infants under 2 years of age travel without a separate seat only if they remain under 2 years old until the return flight date (otherwise a child fare ticket is mandatory). Unaccompanied minors under 14 and pregnant travelers are subject to each airline’s specific carriage rules.
  • Multi-Airline Combinations & Duplicate Bookings (Art. 11.8 & 11.15): Where separate one-way tickets on different airlines are combined, each ticket is governed by its own fare rules; if one flight changes, modifying the other separate ticket remains at the client’s expense. Duplicate reservations (dupe) on the same carrier/route may be cancelled without notice by the airline.
  • Baggage Loss, Damage or Delay — Montreal Convention Deadlines (Art. 11.10): In case of baggage damage, loss, or delayed delivery, the passenger must obtain a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) at the airport before exiting the baggage hall and submit a written claim with supporting documents directly to the airline within strict statutory deadlines under the Montreal Convention of 1999:

Minors must hold an individual passport/ID and, when traveling without a parent, a signed exit authorization plus a copy of the signing parent’s ID. Denied boarding due to non-compliant documents never entitles the traveler to a refund.

  • Personal Data & Cookies (Art. 18): Personal data processing and cookie consent are governed by our Privacy Policy & GDPR Notice and Cookie Policy.
